Supply Side West 2009

Food Ingredients Europe 2009
Visitors to Food Ingredients Europe, which runs from November 17-19 in Frankfurt, Germany, will have a opportunity to listen to Lipid Nutrition’s R&D director. Dr. Alfred Haandrikman will be sharing his insights at the Satiety and Weight Loss Management Opportunities module, held on Tuesday, November 17, between 14:00 and 15:30. Dr. Haandrikman will also lead a workshop on ‘NPD: How to create opportunities in the weight loss management market’. His workshop will include:
• Overview of the science behind weight management and satiety
• Insights designed for food and beverage companies who are looking for functional weight management ingredients to use in innovative new products
• Discussion of weight management and satiety examples from the market
